Glencoe - Glen Etive
Glencoe, The Weeping Glen, is the best known and most visited glen in all of Scotland, and with good reason. The glen lies east to west with the steep hillsides of The Three Sisters to the south, and the Aonach Eagach or 'Notched Ridge' to the north. Guarding the entrance to the glen from Rannoch Moor is the mighty Buachaille Etive Mor, the most spectacular of all the Scottish mountains.

Glen Etive holds one of Scotland's hidden gems at the far end of the twisting single track road that ends at the head of Loch Evite: the Trilleachan Slabs, a unique sweep of clean granite on east flank of Beinn Trilleachan, providing pure slab rock climbing not found anwhere else in the United Kingdom.
