Moscow is the capital city of Russia, famously known for the palaces and churches of the Kremlin and Red Square.

Red Square originally served as a market but the wooden stalls burned down so often that the area became popularly known as Fire Square. Today the square is used for a variety of cultural events, firework displays, concerts and other public occasions.
